When a title company posts a mobile closing request on our platform, certified mobile closers are immediately notified and may review the details, documents, location, and compensation offered for the assignment.
If the closer chooses to accept the contract, they simply claim the job through the platform and receive the full set of instructions from the title company. Once the closing is completed and all required materials are returned, payment for the assignment is processed.
Mobile Settlement Services retains a twenty-percent (20%) brokerage fee for facilitating the connection, managing the platform, and supporting the transaction workflow. The remaining eighty percent is paid directly to the mobile closer for their professional services.
This creates a smooth, predictable process for both the title company and the closer, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and a clear division of responsibilities from start to finish.
